Public Artist Limited were commissioned to propose a public art engagement programme for this 20 acre industrial development in Wednesfield, Wolverhampton.  The programme intended to deliver a long lasting legacy evidenced by permanent works together with sustainable community and workplace activities.

The proposed public art  formed part of an original planning commitment that was eventually removed by successive changes in ownership and planning applications.  This process reflected the changing attitudes to delivery of public art following the financial crisis of 2008, which the original planning consent predated.
